We don’t just do talk therapy. We use a goal-oriented approach that is a mix of experiential therapy and coaching, which we feel offers the best way to help our clients.
Our method works by inviting clients to tap into the roots of the behaviour patterns that sabotage them in their present life.
Unlike many conventional forms of therapy, this method empowers clients to feel more self-led, make better decisions, be more likely to reach their goals, and have a greater sense of confidence.
Ultimately, our goal is to ensure clients can learn how to deal with their mental health struggles by identifying the origins of their afflictions, so they can be better equipped to make the kind of meaningful changes required to overcome these issues.
Our mission is to help you become self-led by embracing your experiences in this world and making peace with them, so you can create the life you want.
We want to provide a safe space for you, so you can feel comfortable opening up to us about anything.
You can count on us to offer the support you need to deal with whatever it is that’s bothering you.
We insist on operating in a judgment-free zone, so we can offer the kind of understanding you need.
We’re committed to helping you find effective ways to cope, and we want you to be just as dedicated.
You’ll benefit from our wide range of therapy styles, as we tailor our approach to your unique needs.
You can trust us to do whatever we can to help you heal in a way that protects your best interests.
