What Is TalkOnline
Counselling?

TalkOnline Counselling is a unique online counselling service that aims to help clients get to the root cause of their problems and find healthy ways to cope with their issues using effective, long-term solutions.

We don’t just do talk therapy. We use a goal-oriented approach that is a mix of experiential therapy and coaching, which we feel offers the best way to help our clients.

Our method works by inviting clients to tap into the roots of the behaviour patterns that sabotage them in their present life.

Unlike many conventional forms of therapy, this method empowers clients to feel more self-led, make better decisions, be more likely to reach their goals, and have a greater sense of confidence.

Ultimately, our goal is to ensure clients can learn how to deal with their mental health struggles by identifying the origins of their afflictions, so they can be better equipped to make the kind of meaningful changes required to overcome these issues.
