Who Am I?

Hello! My name is Zeeba, and I use a holistic approach to healing that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I am an internationally renowned Ayurvedic clinician, meditation teacher, nutritionist, energy healer, and motivational speaker. My expertise spans diet, herbs, yoga therapy, meditation, and Ayurvedic treatment to support my clients’ mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, aiming to restore balance and prevent disease. With nearly 30 years of experience across ancient traditions and religions, I am able to offer both non-religious and religious-based meditations, tailoring my approach to suit the needs of each individual.

I have had the honour of speaking at global summits and conferences on Ayurveda’s healing potential, particularly in managing trauma and promoting overall wellness. In 2020, I was privileged to participate in a panel on integrated healthcare and compassion, hosted by His Holiness The Dalai Lama.

What Can I Do For You?

I specialize in healing trauma, recognizing how it can lead to challenges like anxiety, depression, feelings of loss, low self-esteem, cravings, addiction, and PTSD. Through individual health coaching, I help clients navigate these issues using an Ayurvedic framework. My practice integrates a range of therapies, including diet modification, herbal treatment, meditation, and yoga therapy, to guide you on a journey toward holistic healing and resilience.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I frequently lead month-long corporate wellness programs for top global organizations, as well as meditation and yoga workshops in schools to foster wellness education in the classroom. As a featured practitioner on Mindvalley, my meditations have reached and helped countless individuals worldwide.

My Approach

My background in Ayurveda Science comes from training with Union Yoga Ayurveda, Atreya Ayurvedic Medical College, and the Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga. I am also a certified member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, USA. My approach is grounded in various forms of meditation, from body-mind and visual meditation to Buddhist, Tibetan, and mantra meditation. I believe that consistent meditation, even in times of calm, builds resilience, allowing us to face challenges from a place of strength and stability.

Beyond Ayurveda, my early career encompassed modeling, acting, television, and journalism before transitioning into academia. As a former Professor of Communications, I researched and taught religious harmony across interpersonal, organizational, and intercultural contexts. This diverse journey has given me a profound understanding of healing practices across traditions, allowing me to meet you wherever you are on your path.
